  1. Shortlisting of applications- Shortlisting will be based on the preference of entries and normalized marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree up to 5th semester.

Indian Navy SSC IT Officer NCC ‘C’ Certificate

NCC ‘C’ certificate holders will be given relaxation in cut off marks for shortlisting for SSB subject to the following conditions:-
(i) NCC ‘C’ certificate of Navy/Army/Air Wing with minimum ‘B’ grade.
(ii) with not less than two academic years’ service in the Senior Division of NCC, Naval/Army/Air Wing.
(iii) ‘C’ certificate should not be earlier than 01 Jan 19.
(iv) Final selection will be subject to verification of the certificate for its validity by the DGNCC/concerned NCC unit.

Candidature will be canceled at any stage of selection/training/post-commissioning in case of false declaration, wrong information, suppression of information of candidates holding Navy/Army/Air Wing ‘C’ certificate issued by National Cadet Corps (NCC) Will go There is a relaxation of 5% in cut off marks for SSB shortlisting. (a) The candidates will be inducted in the rank of Sub Lieutenant.
(b) SSC (IT) officers will undergo a 04 weeks Naval Orientation Course at Naval Academy, Ezhimala.
