Resorts World Las Vegas, a $ 4.3 billion integrated resort currently under development on the Las Vegas Strip, unveiled a 100,000-square-meter firework display during the July 4th vacation last weekend .
The screen will be one of the highlights of the luxury property when it opens doors for guests in the summer of 2021.
The screen is one of the largest LED buildings in the United States and is located in the West Tower of Resorts World. It includes 3,552 individual LED panels.
The screen is approximately 294 feet high and 340 feet wide. Real estate officials said over the weekend that the installation took about seven months. The newly launched display is one of several LED screens that are located around the property.
When Resorts World is fully built and operational, it offers more than 200,000 square meters of LED content. Other displays around the property include a 19,000-square-meter screen on the East Tower, a 10,000-square-meter marquee, and a 50-foot diameter globe that shows more than 6,000 square meters of LED content, among other things.
As already mentioned, Resorts World Las Vegas is scheduled to launch in the summer of 2021. It was announced last month that the property has applied for approval from Clark County officials to become a stop in the underground transit system of Elon Musk’s Las Vegas Convention Center Loop.
